combination of the following steps:
Cut: All heavy metal fab projects start with the use of saws, water
jets, lasers and other cutting machines to cut steel sheets to the
desired size
Drilling and Punching: These techniques allow steel sections to be bolted together and
performed using high-pressure punching tools or high-speed twist
drills
Bending and Rolling: Tanks, casings, piling and other applications are cylindrical.
Heavy metal is made into this shape using powerful rollers, press
brakes and other tools
welding: Workshop-built tanks are assembled in the workshop, while
field-installed tanks are welded together at the job site
Surface Treatment and Coating: To help applications stand the test of time, a range of industrial
