We offer laser cutting services. We have CO2 gas laser machines and
a full range of manufacturing equipment to handle all types of
work, from prototyping to long-term production runs. CAD system
integration allows us to flexibly manufacture laser cut parts in a
short period of time based on customer supplied blueprints, CAD
files, drawings and even sample parts
We use CAD/CAM design programs to cut parts from materials such as
aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. Our laser cutters offer
several advantages, including high repeatability, guaranteed part
replication and narrow cuts. The non-contact cutting method also
enables us to manufacture parts with minimal distortion and
consistent, burr-free cuts, reducing the need for subsequent
finishing operations
